FEISTY AND FEARLESS CIRCLES

Feisty and Fearless Circles are for women who are ready to move forward in life - at work, with your business, or through a transition. Be ready to be in action; to be accountable; to hold others accountable - all in the space of loving, feminine leadership. Compassion, curiosity, choice, laughter, support - these are part of the safe space we will be creating.

What you will NOT find in the Circle: Judgments, Shoulds, Blame or Shame.

In the sessions we will work with the distinctions of the power of words; practices that support you, and those that do not; spirituality as the best strategy for success; getting from your vision or dreams to results; the freedom and power that you have; how not to suffer; and how to really celebrate.

Each Circle meets six times over a period of 2-3 months. The first session is designed for you to experience the safe, loving and supportive space and for you to choose whether you will Flourish in the Circle, or not. At the end of the first session, the Circle will be closed.

If you see something in joining a Circle that speaks loudly enough to you because you are ready to create some miracles for yourself, e-mail us for the date of the next Circle.

Why do I need F&F to be free?
  • Because I want to take money out of the equation
  • Because we need to be thinking of other ways of being and acting and interacting with each other
  • What if value induced an exchange?
    • i.e. 1 person provides value to another
    • the person is appreciative and thankful
    • they are freed up to do something that is in alignment with who they are, helping them to be effective in the world
  • At some point, they provide value to someone - could be the initial person, may not be
  • If enough people provided value to someone, there would be a shift in our way of being with the need to exchange
  • And, some people will always be greedy; some people will not be appreciative and grateful; some people will not feel the need to pay it forward

Is this idealistic? Pollyanna? Maybe. But the nature of work and its exchange must change, is changing, and has changed in certain parts of the world. Millions of young people around the world have no jobs and no prospects for any. Cities and countries are trying pilot programs of giving people a set amount of money for them to use as they like in order to survive for a year. As businessmen and women, government officials, philanthropists and other great thinkers are considering our, the world's future, a top down approach, we can begin from the bottom up. We can take it on to consider how else we can meet our needs.

As we re-create the world of work/exchange, there may be a step back for every step forward. For instance, the company Halo Top decided to make a different type of ice cream and have been growing their company differently. With revenues of $49 million in 2016, they have no corporate offices and no manufacturing plants. They have a staff of only 55 people.

This is great news for those 55 people and for the customers who enjoy the ice cream, for the manufacturing plants that now have the orders to make the ice cream, and for the co-working spaces that are used when the staff need to have a meeting, as well as the online companies that provide software for them to meet virtually.

What they are not providing revenue for, however, are real estate agents who would help them find office space and manufacturing space; equipment companies who would have sold them machinery to make the ice cream; real estate investors who own the land and buildings that might have housed their offices and plants. The office supply companies that would have provided everything that is needed to set up an office. Decorators who would have helped them make the office environment pleasing. I may be leaving some people out, but this is just one small example of where the world of business is heading.

Yes, there will still need to be people to be employed in many capacities, but the number shrinks dramatically each year.

Add to it that people are more and more unwilling to accept poor products and poor service. Why pay the cost of a regulated taxi when Uber and Lyft can provide a ride quicker, cheaper and with a more pleasant person at the wheel. Why fight to find a parking spot at a mall when you can shop from the comfort of your home?

Circles of women who speak up and speak out

Circles of women who give a hand out when needed, and a hand up

Circles of women who are already Feisty & Fearless, and those who aspire to be

Feisty and Fearless

Women and men are equally capable as leaders, but women have been trained to be nice. Being nice can take us only so far then it trips us up.

To be effective, we need to reach inside ourselves and realize that just as mothers would walk in front of a bus to save their child, so we each can find a similar passion and commitment that pushes us onward removing fear and doubt so we simply do what we know to be right. 

Do you have to be born a leader? Have a title? Be a man? A certain age? The answer is: No.

Each of us has leadership potential within, and when we do our inner work, we can be the leader of our family, company, or community.

Failure and mistakes are not generally accepted as the road to success, but they are often our most powerful tools to growth.
